PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a
large gable-roofed front porch with solid railing of brick and semi-circular
drainage opening between posts. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists
of an off-center front entrance with 3/1 double-hung and fixed windows with
concrete sills and porch concrete capping. The frame construction is finished
in brick and shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is
covered with cedar shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters.
There is an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to
the street. Outbuildings include a two-car garage of brick.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Progressive
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
