This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed
corner porch with brick planters. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-set front entranrp with fixed and casement windows. The
frame construction is finished in s ing�fes and board and batten on th4,fro t porch
and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with g asphalt
shingles and feature a central metal stovepipe. The outbuildings include a
