This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed
corner porch with brick planters. The single-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an off-set front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The
frame construction is finished in shingles and board and batten on the front porch
and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt
shingles and feature a central metal stovepipe. The outbuildings include a
two-bay detached garage.
