QUIT CLAIM DEED
GENE E. 0XlK, of 611 \\est Main Street, Bozeman, MJntana 59715, herein referred
to as C~antor, whether one or more, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and other valuable
considerations, does hereby ranise, set over and forever quit claim unto the CI'lY OF
BOZEMAN, County of Gallatin, State of Montana, herein referred to as C~antee, whether
one or rrore, and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever, all of the following real
property in Gallatin County, r.bntana.
A ten foot (10') easement for a waterline together with the right to
install, repair and maintain the same located along the west and south
line of Tract 2 of the '!bra Di teman Property, also known as Lot 2 in
Block 2 of the Triangle Area Annexation to Bozeman, Montana, located in
the W 1/2 SE 1/4 and E 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 11, 'Ibwnship 2 South, Range 5
East, M.P.M., Gallatin county, M:::>ntana, according to the official plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Recocder
of Gallatin County, Montana.
Tbgether with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto, and reversions and
remainders and all rents, issues and profits thereof, and all right, title and interest
of the Granto~ therein,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises together with appurtenances
unto the Grantee and to the Grantee's succeSSOrs and assigns forever.
