This detached two-and-one-half story double-family residence has T-shaped plan
with a recessed corner porch supported by two columns. The facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an offset front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and a
small 8-paned window in front. The frame construction is covered with weather
board on the first floor and shingles on the upper levels. The structure rests
on a low rubble foundation. The gambrel roof is covered with asphalt shingles
and features returning eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof
is perpendicular to the street. There is a covered outside stairway to an
upstairs apartment. Outbuildings include a three-stall carriage house with hay
MOW.
