This detached one-and-one-half story double-family residence has a square plan
with an arched combination door and 1/1 double-hung windows in a projecting
gable-roofed bay. The other windows are fixed. The frame construction is
finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The
gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a shed-roofed
dormer and overhanging eaves as well as a central brick chimney. The axis of
the main roof is parallel to the street. Alterations include a basement
apartment. Outbuildings include a garage.
