This detached one-story single-family residence has a sidehall plan with a greek cross design. The front entrance has a gable arched overdoor on brackets and the windows are 2/2 double-hung and casement. The frame construction is finished in aluminum siding and rests on a low concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street in front with intersecting gables behind. The alterations include a shed-roofed addition to the rear. Outbuildings include two detached garages.
