This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with a gable-roofed enclosed front vestibule. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with casement and 4/1 double-hung windows and a daylight basement.. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The hipped-gable-combination roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and has a central metal stovepipe. Out- buildings include a gable-roofed garage. The axis of the main roof is perpen- dicular to the street.
