This detached one-and-one-half story double-family residence has a rectangular plan with an enclosed recessed sunporch under the main roof. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 6/1 double-hung windows and a fixed window flanked by double-hungs in front. The frame construc- tion is finished in weatherboard and rests on a raised rubble foundation with concrete overlay. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a gabled dormer and exposed rafters, knee braces, and overhanging eaves. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. A shed roof has been added to the basement entry. Outbuildings include a detached garage.
