PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed front porch across the front and solid railing. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double- hung windows with wood sills and arched brick lintels. The frame construction is brick on the first floor and shingles in the second level . The foundation is not visible. The gable roof is covered with red-brown asphalt shingles and features two dormers and a central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a two-bay garage.
