PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed front porch with stone columns and wood railing. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed, 1/1 double-hung, casement and sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in stone and asbestos siding and rests on a rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Additions include a gable-roofed second story addition compatible with the rest of the house. The outbuildings include a one-bay garage.
