PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features. This two-story single-family residence was originally a barn which has been remodeled (tastefully) into a home. The rectangular plan features a gabled entry supported by two round wood turned columns and a shed-roofed rear porch addition, as well as a shed-roofed addition to one side. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and has a central brick chimney.
