This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gable-roofed front porch. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of
an off-center front entrance with 6/1 and 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows.
The frame construction is finished in drop shingles and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features a trellis
sunscreen on the porch roof and dormers. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street. Outbuildings include an attached flat-roofed garage.
