PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached two-story single-family residence has an irregular plan with a
square design in the original structure. The hipped roof front porch has a
solid railing and the asymmetrical facade consists of an off-center front entrance
with 1/1 double-hung and casement windows. The frame construction is finished
in bevel siding and rests on a concrete-rubble foundation. The hipped roof is
covered with green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a rear chimney.
A second story addition has been added to one side with a flat roof. Outbuild=
ings include a garage.

A typical , vernacular, turn-of-the-century house which was likely
derived from a pattern such as "House Design No. 1048" in Hodgson's
house pattern catalog, this house is well-preserved, with the
exception of the large second floor addition (see appendix) . The
original design is still clearly apparent however. The house retains
its .original Queen Anne porch, but is of marginal significance due
to the addition,
