Probably built by Andrew J. Walrath, secretary of the H.S. Buell Land
Co. , in 1907, this vernacular, pattern book house is typical of the
earliest houses built during the early 20th century building boom
in Bozeman. The house is well=preserved, with the exception of
the asbestos siding. By 1912, Walrath had moved.
