This detached single-family residence has one-and-one-half stories and a square plan. The front entrance is covered with a gable overdoor,and the windows are 1/1 double-hung and fixed with multi-paned transoms in the front facade. The frame construction is finished with horiz. wood siding in the gable ends and cut stone on the main portion of the structure. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a gabled dormer and partially returning eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
