This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an arched overdoor supported by brackets and fixed, transomed windows.
The frame construction in finished in shingles on siding and rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and
features a cross gable facing the street on one side. The axis of the
main roof is parallel to the street.
