This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an enclosed gable-roofed front porch. The frame construction is finished in
clapboard and features 1/1 double-hung windows. The gable roof is covered
with asphalt shingles and features a shed-roofed dormer to one side. The
raised foundation is concrete with casement windows. The axis of the main
roof lies perpendicular to the street.
