PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This attached two-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with two inset
front entrances , one to the main store and one to the upstairs level , both pro-
tected by sandstone or limestone cornice. The asymmetrical facade consists of
the entrances and large fixed windows on the street level , and 1/1 double-hung
windows on the second story with sandstone sills and corbeled brick forming
pilasters to frame the window groupings. The bearing wall construction
is finished in a polychormatic brick with a very smooth face. The roof is
flat with built-up materials., and lies perpendicular to the street.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic
district due to its association with the commercial aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozemants historic/architectural development.
