This attached two-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a
20' recessed second story bay and a central "mall-type" entrance leading to
four store locations , two in front and two in the rear. The asymmetrical
facade consists of a central front entrance with aluminum storefront windows
on both stories. The brick construction rests on a concrete foundation and
the built=up flat roof lies perpendicular to the street. The original storefront
bordered the sidewalk but extensive remodeling in 1982 resulted in the recessed
upper level bay.
