This attached two-story commercial structure in the Victorian Commercial style has a rectangular plan with a recessed front entry and open stairway to the second floor. The asymmetrical facade consists of an off-center from entrance with aluminum storefront windows on the street level and 1/1 double-hung windows on the second story. The upper level windows have elaborate metal caps and sandstone quoins. The metal cornice is elaborately detailed with a finial . The brick construction has a:.flat-built-up roof which is perpendicular to the street. The new storefront obscures the original details at street level . This structure is potentially eligible for the National Register because of its historical significance and because of its architectural significance.
