This attached two-story commercial structure in the Spanish style has a rectan- gular plan with two brick arches dominating the front facade. The asymmetrical facade consists of an off-center front entrance in one brick arch and a storefront window in the other. There are no windows in the upper level . The brick construc- tion is finished in stucco and has a flat built-up roof. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
