This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with two bays which are similar to the Baltimore Hotel next door in detailing. There are two front entrances with storefront windows. The metal and transom above the entry may be original . The brick construction is finished with corbeled detailing and pilasters and has a flat built-up roof which is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the commercial aspect of the Progressive Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
