PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This two-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a diagonally
inverted front en-ranee with decorative tiling. The symmetrical facade consists
of a central entrance with a small fixed window at street level . The upper
facade features five 1/1 double-hung windows on the upper floor and three tin,
windows inset into the intricate corbeled brick cornice. The windows have sand-
stone sills and headers. The brick construction is finished with a header
course every 6th course. The flat-built-up roof is perpendicular to the street.
The old storefront has been totally removed and closed in with brick and concrete
block.

This property was built for the Bozeman Electric Light and Power Company for
use as a car born for the tralleys as well as storage.

district due to its association with the commercial aspect of the Civic
Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
