This detached two-story modern motel building has a rectangular plan
with a recessed carport along the front facade and a balcony on the second
facade accessing the motel rooms. An outside stairway on the. side of the
building accesses the balcon The concrete construction has wood. siding
on the upper level . T�h xis o the roof is perpendicular to the street.
