This detached one-and-one-half story multi-family residence has a U-shaped
plan with daylight basement, and a central recessed entrance area between
two symmetrical wings. The frame construction is finished in asphalt shingles
and features fixed and casement windows , with 1/1 double=hung windows on the
sides and rear. The foundation is of concrete. The gable roof is covered
with asphalt shingles and lies parallel to the street with two front-facing
intersecting gable extensions.
