Grand Revision 1985 Non-contributing due to extensive alteration, this house was probably built in 1903, along with 324 S. Grand next door, by Col. O.P. Chisholm as a rental property. The etched glass window transom of this house is the only significant historic feature that remains visible. The house appears on the 1904 Sanborn map (identifiable by the recessed porch) on the same lot as 324 S. Grand, which is shown as under construction. The 1898 bird's eye view - indicates that this house replaced an earlier two story structure on the lot, which had been built after 1891. Bibliography Application for Sewer Connection, C.P.
