Grand Revision 1985 This typical, tri-gabled, vernacular, house is well preserved, despite the non- contributing aluminum siding. The porch appears to have been added around 1920, and is a contributing element. Though the 1984 survey notes that Ida Fowler was the original owner, no Fowler is listed at this address in the 1900 or 1905-6 directories. There are no sewer or water permits for the site. The house does not appear on the 1898 Bird's Eye View of the City, but does appear on the 1904 Sanborn map. Bibliography City Directories: 1900, 1905-6. Bird's Eye View, 1898. Sanborn map, 1904.
