Revision 1985
This early, vernacular Colonial Revival style house, which bears elements of the
shingle style, was probably built by Milton M. Brooks, a rancher. The house is
well preserved, with the exception of the asbestos shingle sheathing, and the
porch that supports the recessed porch which is probably a replacement.
