Discuss significant architectural features. l This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an � asymmetrical one-bay facade. There is a central front entrance with fixed an casement windows. The frame construction is finished in brick veneer and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with asphalt shingles and lies perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a brick garage.
