This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an asymmetrical facade consisting of an offset front entrance with 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows with brick trim and sills. The bearing wall construction is finished in brick with headers , which is covered with board and batten across the upper story. The structure rests on a rubble foundatioh covered with concrete. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features returning eaves and a brick chimney. There is an offset concrete chimney to the rear as well . Outbuildings include a garage finished in 6" dropped wood siding. This residence property was built by Andrew J. Svorkmoe, local builder and contractor of many residences in this area. This structure is an intrusive element within a potential historic district.
