PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a greek cross
plan with a hipped roof front porch. The one=bay facade is symmetrical and
consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 dotable-hung and fixed windows.
The steel frame construction is finished in clapboard covered with aluminum siding
and rests on a coursed rubble foundation. The gable roof is covered with light
grey asphalt shingles and features returning eaves and gabled dormers , as well as
a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage with wood dropped siding.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
i significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

Of marginal significance due to alteration, this simple house was probably built
by A.J. Svorkmoe, a local builder. The house is well preserved overall , with the
exception of the aluminum siding.
