This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with a kitchen-utility room addition to the rear of the house. Both additions are shed-ro) The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with 1/1 double-hung and casement windows , as well as fixed windows. The frame construc- tion is finished in 10" composition siding with shingles in the gable ends. The cross gable roof is covered with dark blue asphalt shingles and features return- ing eaves and an exterior metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage of wood siding. j HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structurelsite j 1 ?nd surrounding area lend the property significance. This property was built by John Baverley, a local builder of many residence in this area. Matt Cohen Revision 1985 Non-contributing due to alteration, this house is nevertheless recognizable as one of a group of three nearly identical houses. All were built by local builder, John Baverly.
