This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a symmetrical facade consisting of a central front entrance and 4/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in aluminum siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with bracketed rafters. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street and features a smaller gable roof over the front entrance. I - Matt Cohen Revision 1985 This simple Bungaloid house was probably built in 1930 by local builder Olof Holmquist. Aluminum siding is the only significant alteration. Nathaniel A.
