I This detached one-story single-family residence has a central block with wings plan consisting of the original central block with wings added on each side since 1970. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in natural stained pine and shakes and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney.
