A well preserved, gable front, 112 story Queen Anne style house with a non-contributin
shed roofed enclosed entry porch.

HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site
and surrounding area lend the property significance.
A fine example of the Queen Anne style despite alteration to the entrance, this house
along with 903 S. Grand across the street, which is similar, is one of the earliest
structures in the Butte Addition. The two houses appear quite isolated in the 1912
Sanborn map. The design of the house is similar to those several other turn of the
century houses in Bozeman, and was probably derived from one of the numerous pattern
books available at the time.
