A simple, aluminum sided, rectangular block with a low gable front to the street,
and entrance on the south eave side - wide reveal aluminum siding.

A significant detraction in an otherwise contiguous section of the historic district,
this house was probably built in 1971 , the date of the sewer and water permits. It
is possible that it was built in 1961 , another date on the water permit.
