An eaves front, Jerkin head roofed Bungalow with a Jerkin head roofed, enclosed entry
porch, exterior brick veneer at dado level , and clapboard sheathing. Free-standing
clapboard garage at rear of lot.

HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site

A fine example of a late manifestation of the Bungalow style, this house is probably
the work of local builder C.E. Albrecht. It may be the last contributing structure
built in this area of the district.
