heavy pink stucco piers , a bay window, and a free standing garage at the rear.

and surrounding area lend the property significance.
An excellent example of the Bungalow style, this well preserved house is possibly
of primary signficance in the historic district due to architectural signficance.
The house is one of a group of three significant Bungalows at this corner.
