PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a T-shaped
plan with an enclosed entry with flat roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical
and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in 8" weatherboard and rests on
a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles
and features projecting eaves, and a central brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is perpendicular to the street. The wide horizontal siding, aluminum storm
windows and front one-story addition are the primary changes to the original
structure. Outbuildings include a two-bay garage with hipped roof and a
side carport.
