This unusual example of the Bungalow style is virtually identical to 725 S.
Grand Ave. , and is very well preserved, with the exception of the asbestos
shingle sheathing. The house was lived in temporarily by Ernest S. Edsall ,
Assistant Cashier at the Gallatin State Bank, who later moved across the street
to 304 S. Third Ave. By 1927, this was the home of the Alpha Gamma Rho Frater-
nity.
