Revision 1985
A segmented brick arch visible on this house, combined with evidence on the
1898 Bird's Eye View, suggests that this is a 19th century structure which was
later converted to its present appearance - an example of the International style of
low significance. The remodeling, which involved construction of a new, flat roof
and re-surfacing with white stucco, may have occurred in 1955, the date of the water
service renewal permit for this site, by Ronald G. Scherer.
