PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a pseudo-cantilevered porch with thin metal pole supports and a cut-
stone base. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center
glass-paned front entrance with double-hung windows with a 1/1 sash arrangement,
and casement windows. A modern cathedral -style window extends to the apex of
the roof. The frame construction is finished in shiplap and stained wood and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asbestos
shingles and features overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular
to the street. This building was extensively remodeled in the 1960s. Outbuilding
include a garage.
