This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
flat roof over the front porch and an attached shed-roofed garage. The
two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance
with 6-paned fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished
in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is
covered with shingles and features boxed eaves and a brick chimney.
