This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an attached garage. The brick construction rests on a concrete foundation and has casement and fixed windows. The gable (low) roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles. Third Revision 1985 One of the last designs of the prolific local architect Fred r . Willson, this typical, brick veneer, Ranch style house was built for W.W. Spain, a member of a prominent local family. The house is non-contributing due to age. (Note: more research is needed to prove attribution to Fred Willson) .
