Commission Resolution No. 3443 - intent to increase water rates by 7 percent, effective September 1; set public hearing for July 16, 2001 b. Commission Resolution No. 3444 - intent to increase sewer rates by 3 percent, effective September 1; set public hearing for July 16, 2001 c. Exemption from subdivision review - relocation of common boundary line to provide right-of-way for state highway purposes (1800 West Main Street) (E-0101) (JM) d. Exemption from subdivision review - Dennis and Joni Balian - relocation of common boundary lines between Lots 62-8, 62-9 and 62-10; 62-12 and 62- 13; and 62-16, 62-17 and 62-18, Village Greens Townhouses (Boylan Road) (E-0105) (JM) e. Acknowledge receipt of request from County Commission, dated June 4, 2001, re City building inspection program within jurisdictional area; refer to staff f. Authorize Mayor to sign - Acceptance of Bylaws of the Bozeman Senior Citizens' Advisory Board g. Authorize City Manager to sign - Service Line Installation Agreements with various property owners, as identified in memo dated June 6, 2001 h. Authorize City Manager to sign - Amendment No.1 to Professional Services Agreement for Lyman Creek Reservoir Improvement Project - HKM Engineering Inc. I. Award bid - water main extension for Bozeman solvent site - COP Construction Company, Billings, Montana - in the bid amount of $1,237,327.00 j. Claims Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to complete the necessary actions 5. Ordinance No. 1539 - adding Chapter 8.30 to the Bozeman Municipal Code, to regulate, restrict or prohibit production or emission of noises which a reasonable person may find offensive (PDM) Motion and vote to finally adopt 7. Concept plan review - "Off Broadway" - Delaney and Company - commercial planned unit development on 18 acres located along east side of North Broadway Avenue at East Mendenhall and East Lamme Streets extended 8. Discussion - FVI Items - Updates from Commissioners - Updates from City Manager and other staff members 9. 7:00 p.m. Public hearing - Certificate of Appropriateness to allow creation of new basement apartment and construction of new detached two-car garage with upper story sleeping area in conjunction with main floor apartment, with deviations from Sections 18.18.030, 18.18.050 and 18.50.110, Bozeman Municipal Code, to allow second dwelling unit on a lot which is 20 feet narrower than required 60-foot width, allow garage to encroach 5 feet into required 5-foot side yard setback and 10 feet into required 1 Q-foot rear yard setback, allow garage to occupy more than 25 percent of required rear yard, and allow reduction of on-site parking spaces from 4 spaces to 2 spaces on a portion of fractional Lot 2, Guy's Addition - Kent Madin, 108 South Bozeman Avenue (Z-01052) (Derek S) Conduct public hearing; motion and vote 10. Work session re proposed living wage ordinance (Please bring copy of the living wage ordinance previously distributed in the mailboxes) Receive presentation from group proposing living wage and other interested organizations; refer to Community Mediation Center 11.
