Revision 1985
This simple, vernacular house, distantly related to the Colonial Revival and
Shingle styles, is very well preserved, and a significant element in the district.
It was probably built by A.J. Svorkmoe, who built several houses in Bozeman
in the first decade of this century, most of which, like this one probably was,
were inspired by pattern books.
