A garage on the north side of the basement faces the street. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows. A small gable on brackets is set over the window above the garage. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. There are two central brick chimneys, one interior and one-exterior. The outbuildings include a green prefab house. The axis of the main roof of the house is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structureisite and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events I associated with this property. Matt Cohen 817 S. Third Revision 1985 This simple Bungalow with a recessed corner porch was probably built in 1919 by Dr. W.A. Miller, possibly as a rental. The house is typical of much of the less elaborate housing that filled in the empty lots between the larger houses in this part of the district in the first decade of the century.
