Revision 1985
A typical, turn of the century house that was probably covered with stucco in
about 1930, this house was one of the first built in this southernmost part
of the district. It was probably built for David D. Pattee, a rancher. In
1910, Nancy Pattee, David Pattee's widow, and Charles D. and John E. Pattee,
also ranchers and probably david pattee's son's, were living here.
The polygonal porch, which appears on the 1904 Sanborn Map, may have been enclosed
in about 1930 as well. That map indicates that the house is of brick construction.
In 1927, D.H. Budd, Bozeman's leading plumber, was living here.
