This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed front entray with a gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 4/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard and the gable roof is cove ea with green asphalt shingles. The roof features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters and lies perpendicular to the street.
